Unbiased Life Care Plans, Vocational Assessments, and Economist Calculations

Clarity for the future where it counts.

Clear. Concise. Sensible.

Through the development of comprehensive Life Care Plans, Vocational Reports, and Forensic Economist Reports, a clear, concise, and sensible presentation of the complex requirements of the patient are identified. This provides documentation of the current and future medical and rehabilitation needs of the patient.

Our Practice

This is accomplished through a comprehensive assessment, data analysis, and research regarding the disability and accompanied by standards of practice that results in “an organized, concise plan for current and future needs with associated costs for individuals who have experienced catastrophic injury or have chronic health care needs”.
(International Academy of Life Care Planners, confirmed by consensus during the 2000 Life Care Planning Summit)

Life Care Plans

A Life Care Plan is a document which provides an organized and precise plan for current and future needs with associated costs for individuals who have experienced an injury or have chronic health care needs.

Vocational Reports

A Vocational Assessment Report evaluates an individual’s potential to work in the competitive labor market, loss of access to the labor market, and loss of earning capacity as the result of an injury.

Forensic Economist Reports

An Economist Report calculates as of the date of trial, the present value of future medical and other care costs as denoted in the injured party’s Life Care Plan.
